To use the Service, you must connect your accounts through our integration partners. By connecting, you authorize Gimble to access specific information on your behalf, including:

• Credit card transaction history (via Plaid)
• Explanation of benefits and claims data (via Flexpa)
• HSA account information (via our HSA management partner)

You may revoke this authorization at any time through the Service settings or directly through Plaid and Flexpa.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Gimble:

• Only accesses data that you explicitly authorize
• Uses secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission
• Does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
