Gimble is a patient-facing application that allows you to view your prescription medications and associated billing information from your healthcare provider's electronic health record system through Epic's SMART on FHIR platform.

3. User Authentication and Authorization

To use the Service, you must authenticate through your healthcare provider's patient portal (MyChart). By authenticating, you authorize Gimble to access specific health information on your behalf, including:

• Medication requests and prescriptions
• Account and billing information
• Claims and explanation of benefits

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your healthcare provider's patient portal.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Gimble:

• Only accesses health data that you explicitly authorize
• Does not store your health information permanently on our servers
• Uses secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission
• Does not sell or share your personal health information with third parties
